Russian Juliets have two member plans PAID and FREE. Those plans are for both genders men and women. Of course there are much more FREE users, so we sell advertisement on our site and hope the members will visit those sites, so everyone could win! How can I change my password?
You can change your password by selecting MY PROFILE - ACCOUNT. Click SUBMIT in the end of the page.

I registered but never got an activation e-mail
First of all, check your junk mail folder. Hotmail and other free e-mail services frequently update their spam filters. Then check that you can receive e-mails. We frequently receive notification of failed e-mail delivery because an e-mail address is invalid or the account has exceeded its storage capacity. Before contacting us, test your e-mail address and make sure you can receive messages to the e-mail address specified during the Russian Juliets sign up process.
If you have checked the above and still have not received an activation e-mail then use the Contact Us menu option.

How can I edit my profile!
Simply select MY PROFILE from the member menu. By mistake, many people select VIEW PROFILE (this option is only for viewing your profile). Click SUBMIT in the end of the page.

How do I change my screen name?
That is easy! Just click MY PROFILE in the member menu. Then click ACCOUNT and change your screen name, click SUBMIT in the end of the page.

How can I change my profile header?
Simply click MY PROFILE in the member menu, change profile header and click SUBMIT in the end of the page.

How do I upload a picture?
The most often problems of uploading a picture is the size of the picture. Before upload a picture check the size (it should be up to 500Kb), width and height (it should be bigger than 150x200px). The steps of uploading a picture are easy:
- click PICTURES in the member menu;
- click ADD PICTURE in the sub-menu bar;
- enter a short description in the DESCRIPTION text box;
- click the BROWSER button and locate the picture you want to upload. Use your mouse to navigate the folders on your computer until you reach the folder that contains the picture;
- click on the picture you want to upload and then click the OPEN button to select it;
- click SUBMIT in the end of the page.

How can I delete a picture?
Click PICTURES in the member menu, VIEW PICTURE and delete it.

How can I choose one of the pictures to be primary?
If you upload more than 1 picture, then you can choose which picture will be shown as a primary, click PICTURES in the member menu VIEW PICTURE. You will see your list of pictures, find a sign on the right menu SET AS PRIMARY. All the pictures will have a little check mark except your primary image. To change your primary image just click the checkmark next to the picture you want to set.

I can't see all my messages.
The message counter displays all the messages you have sent and received. You have two folders INBOX and SENT. The combination of messages in these two folders makes up your total message count.
When someone replies to a message, the original contents is NOT appended to the end of a message. This makes it difficult to distinguish a reply from a new message. As the greatest advantage of Russian Juliets users have free accounts, we have to keep the space as low as possible. For this purpose the messaging system has been designed to keep messages as lean as possible and avoid unnecessary bloat.

How do I delete private messages from my Inbox and Sent folder?
To delete private messages, login to your account then select MESSAGES in your member menu. Then click on the INBOX or SENT folder links and click in the check box next to each message you want to delete. Finally, click the DELETE SELECTED link at the bottom right of the message list.

Can you recover my deleted messages?
Unfortunately, deleted messages cannot be recovered. As Russian Juliets is generally a free resource, we use a messaging system that is designed to keep the space short. The messages are deleting in real time, they are not stored in a trash folder.

Why I can not send over 20 messages per day?
If you singed up as a FREE user, then you can:
A) store up to 30 messages in total, including received and sent messages;
B) send up to 20 messages per day.
If you exceed any combination of these limits then you will not be able to send any further messages.
You will need to delete some of your old messages if you have exceeded your storage limit.
Sign up for PAID membership and you will have privileges (read membership)!

Why I can not store over 30 messages in my mail box on your site?
Because of the same reason as in question 14.

How can I block members?
This option is available only for PAID members and visible when viewing member's profile in the left menu.

I can not find my own profile in the search list, why?
Our search system excludes the profile of the person conducting the search. In other words, you cannot search for your own member profile. If you want to observe your profile, please, click MY PROFILE in the member menu. If you want to see your picture along with a picture exactly in the search menu, then logout and click SEARCH again, then you will find your profile.

I edit my profile and added a picture, but receive no replies, why?
Usually members read the profiles very attentively, look at the pictures too. If you write nonsense in the profile or upload a horrible, unattractive picture, then nobody will reply you. The same thing with a message you send. If your letter is short, without information or with rudeness, then nobody will reply you. Spend a couple of minutes and tell about yourself in positive and creative way, tell about your interests, hobbies, who you are looking for, what is your purpose and what kind of relationships you are expecting!

If I receive the letter from a lady asking for financial help, what should I do?
As we support ANTI-SCAM program and we are against SCAMMERS we do not allow our users to ask any financial help. Please, inform us if you happen to be faced with such members as soon as possible.

Are the ladies on your site real?
Yes, the ladies are real. We do not cooperate with agencies. All published ladies found us through Internet. If we find ladies in SCAM data base we delete them. Inspite we try to do our best and provide the best services to our female and male members, everyone should be careful and if you notice SCAMMER, let us know immediately! Pay attention, if you are asked for money, there is a first note to be careful!
21.
How do I cancel my account?
First of all don't hurry! Usually it takes time to meet your special soulmate. Edit your profile, add a picture and check the mail box twice a week. We are working on getting new members and one day such a person will find you, that’s for sure! But if you have already met your soulmate, please, send your username to the administrator and your profile will be deleted.
When meet your soulamte through our dating site, please, write a few words how you met and send us your common picture. Such stories support other people to keep hoping and do some more to make a dream of happy marriage come true!
